The Green connector (see the picture) connects to the One-Touch relay on my 2004. Picture was taken while the relay was removed from the car.

The two are very different and don't always come together, as I mentioned about the MK3 Focus above. Keyless start is the actual engine start button. This makes the car no easier to steal as you'd have to physically break in still. Keyless entry uses a proximity fob. The fob sends out proximity signals all the time.

Here you can see the difference: MK3 has a plastic cover in which the Ford Logo and camera is mounted. (In the picture bellow it is already removed): On MK3.5 it changed to be one piece, and it is shielded from behind (look at the photo I've attached earlier showing the tailgate with panel removed.
